Savant on Education

We need to educate ourselves more and more each day. Talking is good . Hustling is okay sometimes . But let's get it on paper that's the only way we can fight this fight with our advisary a lot of people want to see us fall. We need more obamas and marcus garvey and martin luther king were is that strong voice for black people in 2011 blacks let's educate ourselves and stop blaming it on the white man .
Not only that. Many more need to complete high school. And also, we need to slough off the old reactionary attitudes of Yankee anti-intellectualism. We need to cultivate the critical temper, intellectual curiosity, and the all around development of ourselves as total human beings---and this is independent of whatever monetary benefits we hope to gain from formal education.
There are far too many people who graduate from colleges and university with tunnel vision and a disinclination toward creative thinking and imagination.

I would suggest you move to China,, Or perhaps some other place that shares you anti American views and political view points,, and to answer your question,, Yes I have read the manifesto as it is important to know your enemy and I was also forced to read it in school as I am a immigrant from a formally Communist country,,,,, Quoting Karl Marx,,, quite pathetic,, Have you traveled to any Eastern European countries? Indeed have you traveled anywhere out of country?
Let me give you a clue, buddy. Other thinkers and philosophers were saying the same thing as far back as the 18th Century---and earlier. The wealth of a nation is created by labor, by the work of the people of the whole nation, not by the wealthy few. I could point you to some of the writings of TOM PAINE, 18th Century American writer of the 1778 Revolution who said the same thing. There were leaders of the German Peasant revolt of the 1520's who said this. History records leaders of popular movements making such claims even antiquity.
At any rate, I haven't been given a reason to believe that the claim is false, and from study contemporary and past societies, I see plenty of evidence of its TRUTH.
You'd better become more well informed before trying the red baiting tactic on me. It's old, tire and ridiculously unconvincing.
However, I actually share (though for different reasons) your antipathy toward the old Bolshevik and Maoist regimes. Creating a new class of exploiters and despots to replace the old, and even doing so in the name of creating a classless society, is as hypocritical as it was repressive.
There must be no rulers or ruled, no masters or slaves. Not in the name of the "dictatorship of the proleriat," and not in the name of corporate plutocracy calling itself "free enterprise."
